1. Controller
The controller of your personal data is Azimut Studio, Prague (“we”). For anything about personal data, write to [email protected].
2. What we process and why
Enquiries and communication
When you e-mail us, write to us on Telegram or WhatsApp, or call us, we process your name, contact details and the content of your message so we can answer and prepare an offer.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Kept for 12 months after the last message if no contract follows.
Orders and invoicing
If we work together, we process your identification and billing details and the communication about the order.
Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Kept for the duration of the cooperation and then for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
The Navigator chat
Navigator is the AI assistant on our website. What you type in the chat is sent to the provider of the language model so it can write a reply. If you give your name and contact details in the conversation, we send a summary of it to the studio’s founder via Telegram so they can get back to you. If you leave contact details, we keep the enquiry and the whole conversation in our database (Cloudflare) so we can follow up. Conversations without contact details are not stored on our server; they stay in your browser only until you close the tab.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The enquiry and the conversation are kept for 12 months, then deleted automatically; how long the model provider keeps data is set by its own terms.
Please do not type sensitive data in the chat (health information, national ID numbers, passwords, payment details). If you do not want your message to leave the EU, e-mail us instead.
Visit statistics
Only if you agree, we measure visits with Google Analytics 4: which pages you view, on what device and roughly from where. We see the data only in aggregate and do not link it to your name.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time under Cookie settings in the site footer. Kept for 14 months.
Running and securing the website
On every visit our hosting processes the technical data needed to deliver and protect the website: your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. The site’s fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers and passes them your IP address.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Kept briefly, under the providers’ rules.
3. Who receives the data
We share data only with these providers, and only to the extent they need:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosting and delivery of the website, running the chat and the enquiry database.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC, USA): Google Fonts; Google Analytics only with your consent.
- DeepSeek (Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd., China): the language model that writes the chat replies.
- Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC, United Arab Emirates): delivering chat enquiries to the founder, and communication if you write to us on Telegram.
- WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.): communication if you write to us on WhatsApp.
We may also disclose data to authorities where the law requires it.
4. Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare and Google are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has found to ensure adequate protection.
China and the United Arab Emirates have no such decision, and the level of protection there may not match the EU’s. Only what you type in the chat reaches these countries, and only to answer your enquiry. So please write in the chat only what your brief needs.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time; processing before that remains lawful.
Just write to [email protected]. We reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz, or to the data protection authority in your country.
6. Automated decisions
Navigator is an AI assistant: it answers questions and helps put your brief together. It makes no decisions about you with legal effect; a person always decides on the cooperation, the price and the timeline.
7. Security
The website runs over HTTPS only. Access keys to services are kept only on the server, never in the website code. Only people who need your data to work on your enquiry or order can access it.
8. Cookies and changes
What we store in your browser is described in our Cookie Policy.
We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page. It exists in three languages; in case of conflict, the Czech version prevails.
